Hollow got struck by lightning during a dark, stormy night and her body became stuck between this life and the afterlife. One day, as she was flying through the walls, she landed in the maid cafe's kitchen. When one of the maids found her wearing one of the dresses because she thought it was neat, they just dragged her into the work area and then she sort of just, ended up with a job! She was also just lonely and wanted some friends, it can get so cold at night, and she doesn't like the cold.
